Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model. For large-scale or customized projects, we can negotiate more flexible MOQ terms.
What are your typical production lead times?
Standard production lead time is 30–45 days after design approval and deposit payment. Rush orders may be accommodated with a small expedite fee.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
We ship under FOB, CIF, and EXW terms. We can also arrange door-to-door delivery via DDP upon request, and assist with customs clearance and documentation.
Do you support OEM & ODM services?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM capabilities, including custom designs, finishes, branding, and packaging to meet your exact specifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, PayPal (for smaller orders), and Alibaba
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. Sample orders are welcome. Lead time for samples is typically 7–10 days, plus shipping time. Sample fees may apply and are refundable against your first bulk order.
